OR the Grand Theatre Event Rental Form (one-page).    For initial contact with us about your group's rental, simply fill out the "Short Form" and email it to us as indicated on the form.  Once initial contact has been made with us via the "Short Form" and your group has been approved for the date(s) you requested then the applicant will need to fully review, complete, and respond with the Rental Contract along with a deposit in order to rent the Grand Theatre.

Following proper Application for Rental submission, the Grand Theatre’s President or designee will respond and indicate if the requested rental date is available, the price for the rental, and if there are any additional items required to go forward with the contract rental.

No group or organization should expect that rental of the Grand Theatre will be less than $500 daily.  A Certificate of Insurance, including a $1 million liability and property coverage, will always be required of the renter.  Many other requirements and responsibilities of the renter will exist for any event rentals.

The Grand Theatre is interested in rental of its facility; however, our primary mission is to program the facility (using volunteer labor for all events) and book the theater in a manner consistent with our mission.
